22-05-2015 Heard Sri Baidyanath Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AC to SC-28.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in a similar matter, one another writ petition was allowed. However, against the order of the writ court, an appeal vide L.P.A. No.320 of 2013 was filed and a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.02.2014 set aside the order of the writ court. In view of the fact that in an identical case the Division Bench of this Court has set the issue at rest, there is no ground for passing any positive order in the present writ petition.
Patna High Court CWJC No.5484 of 2011 (7) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 The writ petition stands dismissed.
