Petitioner is accused in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 09 of 2016 registered under Section 394 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been implicated only on confessional statement which has no evidentiary value. No incrimenting article has been recovered from his possession. Also no Test Identification Parade been held. The petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
