The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that mobile phone of the informant and one of his friends got stolen from the lodge where they were staying. From the seizure list, it appears that both the mobiles were recovered from the house of this petitioner.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 28.04.2016.
Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4532 of 2017 (2) dt.14-02-2017 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Viith, Bhagalpur, in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
