In view of limited prayer made at the time of hearing, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to take a final decision in Appeal Case No.11/2011-12 filed by the petitioner no.2 and Appeal No.22/1112 filed by the petitioner no.1 against their respective orders of cancellation of their P.D.S. licence as contained in Annexures 2 and 2/A on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production
