It appears that similarly situated co-accused Suresh Mandal, Madhav Mandal and Janardan Mandal have been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.856 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No.4686 of 2017. In the circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
