The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 47(A) and 53(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Allegation is that 150 litre of country made liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No. C-106(7) of 2016 of Murliganj Police Station.
