The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354A, 354B, 452, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Petitioner is alleged to have outraged the modesty of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

From perusal of the statement of the victim girl

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65818 of 2021(3) dt.31-03-2022 2/2 recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. it appears that she has specifically made allegation upon the petitioner. Even witnesses have also supported the prosecution case, as such, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
