2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109

(1) , 331 ( 2 ), 352 and 3(5) of BNS.

3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , petitioner assaulted informant on the head of informant with Hasul ( Baithi ) due to which she sustained injury . Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

5 . Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent

No.52959 of 2025(2) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 of this petitiokner and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM 1st Class Begusarai in connection with Garhpura P.S. case No. 52 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of BNSS 2023 .
