For issuance of the writ nature of certiorari for quashing the selection of the Respondent No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18995 of 2021(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 12, who has illegally selected on the post of Block Project Assistant whenever the name of the Respondent No. 12 in the merit list at Serial No.70 whereas named of the petitioner placed at Serial No.69 after due counselling and verification of the certificates to the applicant in between 28.08.2019 to 30.08.2019.

(ii). Further issue direction to respondents for considering the case of the petitioner on the ground, she is eligible for selection on the post Block Project Assistant, her name placed at Serial No.69 with objection, she filed application against objection and have considered and found eligible for selection."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
