2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 & 3, vide order dated 04.05.2023 passed in A.B.P. No. 210 of 2023, arising out of Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 603 of 2022 by the learned Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
