2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 220 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioner is registered owner of the seized car, from which 216 liters illicit liquor was recovered.

4. Considering the huge quantity and the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the seized car, from which illicit liquor was recovered, anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
