JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2016. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he along with other accused caught hold the daughter of the informant with intention to kidnap her. It has further been submitted that the victim girl has already been married.

From the impugned order itself, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he caught hold the victim girl with intention to kidnap. The petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4999 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 86 of 2012, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
