The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bihar P.S.Case No. 618 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 325, 337, 338 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that save and except Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code all other Sections are bailable in nature. He submitted that the offence of theft has been alleged against some lady accused persons and the same is super addition in order to make the offence graver.

Having regard to the nature of allegation, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18346 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S.Case No. 618 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
