2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 199 of 2022 dated 14.09.2022, lodged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that she has entered in the service by virtue of providing forge and fake T.E.T. certificate and in inquiry it has been found that the said certificate is forged and fabricated.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of appointment, verification of her documents has taken place but as soon as she got knowledge that her T.E.T. certificate is fake, she immediately resigned from the service. He further submits that petitioner is female who is aged about 36 years, her
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54941 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 health is not good. He also submits that the antecedent of petitioner is clean. Learned counsel submits that she has every respect for law and she is ready to fulfill all the conditions whatsoever shall be imposed upon her.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. In the present facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Piar P. S. Case No.199 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with further condition that the petitioner shall appear physically before the trial court on each and every date. In default on two consecutive occasions, her bail bond shall be cancelled.
