2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 1081 of 2023 registered under Sections 408 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, these petitioners have committed fraud with informant of more than Rs. 20 lakhs, which was collected from the market by the petitioners, but the same has not been deposited in the bank account of informant.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59099 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 petitioners were simply workers in the shop of informant and have not committed any fraud with informant. As a matter of fact, informant was not paying salary to the petitioners for three months, and when petitioners demanded their dues, this false and concocted case has been lodged against them. There is no chit of paper available on record to corroborate the allegation levelled in the F.I.R. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the bail application.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Patna City, Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 1081 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
