Petitioner is facing accusations punishable under Section 341 and 352 of the Indian Penal Code on the basis of F.I.R. lodged by the informant who is a school going girl. It is alleged that while she was going to school, petitioner, riding a motorcycle, forcibly tried to push hand to sit her on the motorcycle. She was teased by the petitioner.

It is submitted that petitioner is a student and due to village politics, he has been named as an accused.

Considering the nature of allegation as reflected from the F.I.R., I am not persuaded to privilege the petitioner with anticipatory bail. Prayer is, accordingly, rejected. Petitioner may surrender and seek regular bail. If he does so, the same shall be considered on its own merit uninfluenced by
