Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 22.02.2017 passed by this Court, the petitioners were directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rail, Samastipur, in connection with Darbhanga G.R.P., Sitamarhi (DEG/GRP/SMI) P.S. Case No.91 of 2016 but, in advertently, in the operative portion of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1656 of 2017 (4) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 aforesaid order, the name of the district of the concerned court has been typed as "Sitamarhi" in place of "Samastipur" whereas in the cause title of the aforesaid order, the name of the district of the petitioners has wrongly been typed as "Rohtas" in place of "Rothat". Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for modification in the aforesaid order dated 22.02.2017 passed by this Court with regard to the same.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, in the operative portion of the order dated 22.02.2017 passed by this Court, let the name of the district of the concerned court be read as "Samastipur" in place of "Sitmarhi" and in the cause title of the aforesaid order, the name of the district of the petitioners be read as "Rothat" in place of "Rohtas". The order dated 22.02.2017 passed by this Court is modified to the aforesaid extent only.
