Petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.20 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 506/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2019 having clean antecedents. He is not named in the First Information Report.

In the written report, it is alleged that dead body of son of the informant was recovered from Sukul Mariya Temple. During investigation, police arrested one Lalu Kumar, who in his confessional statement disclosed name of this petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vth, Bhabhua, Kaimur, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
