1. On mentioning slip being filed for priority listing, the matter has been listed today under the heading 'To Be Mentioned'.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

3. Petitioners' counsel submits that the case of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19189 of 2021(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 instant petitioners is identical to the case of Pramod Kumar and Ors. vs. State of Bihar & Ors. in CWJC No. 13797 of 2016, in which a judgment has been passed by a Bench of this Court on 03-04-2018.

4. The petitioners are directed to make a representation before the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra (Respondent No.4) who, on finding similarity between the case of the petitioners and Pramod Kumar and Ors. vs. State of Bihar & Ors. in CWJC No. 13797 of 2016, shall accord to the petitioners the same benefits and advantages which has been given to Pramod Kumar and Ors. (supra).

5. For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioners will make a representation before the concerned respondent within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be disposed of within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid directions/observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
