Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in Purnahia P.S. Case No. 62 of 2017 registered under sections 386, 387, 436 and 354-A IPC.
Enraged by an accident resulting in the death of the son of the informant, it is alleged that the petitioner along with several others intruded into the house and committed loot. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that several accuseds of the present case have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail considering the special features of the case. Some of the co-accuseds have also been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 15.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2793 of 2018. A web copy has been handed in by
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3111 of 2018(2) dt.18-01-2018 2/2 him which is taken on record marked 'X' for identification. He also submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents. Counsel for the State has not disputed the said fact. Let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of SDJM, Sheohar in Purnahia P.S. Case No. 62 of 2017 on condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. As soon as the charges are framed, he shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in doing so on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall cancel his bail bonds and secure his arrest in accordance with law. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) HR/- U T
