2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 56 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner is alleged to have in possession of one country made pistol without cartridge.
4. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The petitioner is under custody since 01.04.2025. He has submitted further that on exactly similar footing, co-accused Rahul Kumar, Nitish Kumar and Tuntun Kumar have been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53344 of 2025(5) dt.08-01-2026 2/2 granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 56803 of 2025, 46955 of 2025 and 74058 of 2025 respectively.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 56 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
