Patna High Court CWJC No.6243 of 2014 dt.13-02-2015 ground that the same is pending since long without any valid reason. From the order-sheet of the M.T.A. No. 07 of 1991 it transpires that the appeal has been posted for argument long back but the matter is still pending at that stage. It is well settled that undue delay in disposal of a case sometimes may result in frustration of justice.

In this view of the matter, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the learned court below to dispose of the M.T.A. No. 07 of 1991 expeditiously in accordance with law without granting undue adjournments to the parties.
