2. It appears that cause title with regard to the details of petitioners was not fully mentioned and all petitioners have been granted bail vide order dated 15.10.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 52430 of 2025, Cr. Misc. No. 52778 of 2025 and Cr. Misc. No. 54467 of 2025 but due to typographical error, their (petitioners) details were missing in the order sheet.
3. Thus, Petitioner, namely, Dilip Kumar S/o Shivji Sah R/o - Kalambag Road, P.S- Kazi Mohammadpur, District Muzaffarpur in Cr. Misc. No. 52430 of 2025, Petitioner, namely, Suman Kumar Son of Late Bachu Rai @ Late Buchchu Ray Village-Mahmadpur balami, Motipur Ward No. 3, Police Station-Motipur, District- Muzaffarpur and petitioner, namely, Lalan Rai Son of Late Musahar Rai Village-Mahmadpur Balami, Motipur Ward No 3, Police Station-Motipur, DistrictMuzaffarpur in Cr. Misc. No. 52778 of 2025 and petitioner, namely, Mithlesh Kumar @ Mithilesh Kumar, Son of Dadhi

4. Petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 52430 of 2025 is in custody since 03.04.2025, all the petitioners in Cr. Misc. No. 52778 of 2025 are in custody since 24.05.2025 and all the petitioners in Cr. Misc. No. 54467 of 2025 are in custody since 24.05.2025.
5. Hence. the order dated 15.10.2025 modified to the aforesaid extent and the remaining parts of the order dated 15.10.2025 shall remain intact.
