The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.01 of 2018 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial
