JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 140 of 2016 registered under Sections 399 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the police on receiving secret information about causing assault by the villagers to five persons in village Itra Pursolli Bajrangi Mandir reached there, where four persons were caught by the villagers, who disclosed their names as Ranjit Paswan (petitioner no. 1), Karan Paswan (petitioner no. 2), Vijay Paswan (petitioner no. 3) and Sheet Paswan (petitioner no. 4). The villagers also disclosed that 11 persons succeeded to flee away. On search, iron instrument, mobile and four bottles, each

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. It is further submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 05.10.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Isuapur P.S.
