The Petitioner seeks bail in Agamkuan P.S. Case No.211 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304B/34 Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that the petitioner is the mother-in-law and there is general and omnibus allegation. She is in custody since 18.11.2016.

It is alleged in the written report that the daughter of the Informant was married with Raja Ram in the year 2014. She was killed in her Sasural for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Case No.211 of 2015, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
