Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 504, 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner entered into the official Chambers of the Block Development Officer, Gopalganj and misbehaved with her.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner went to the office of the informant for getting certificate/documents attested, but the Nazir demanded some money for getting the documents/certificates attested, when protest was made and present case has been lodged. Though, the petitioner lodged Complaint Case subsequent to the registration of the First Information Report.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46102 of 2016 (2) dt.22-10-2016 Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner by learned court below, if he surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 314 of 2016, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj. With this observation this application is disposed of.
