Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lalit Narayan Mithila University P.S. Case No. 198 of 2016 registered under Section 47A of the Bihar Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is only the owner of the vehicle and he has no concern with the alleged incidence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.12.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
