Petitioners are the in-laws of the deceased. They are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 304B/34 of the Penal Code. It is submitted on their behalf that husband of the deceased has since been acquitted under judgment dated 23.06.2015 passed in Sessions Case No.
76/2015 (Annexure-2) and in appreciation of the finding recorded in Annexure-2 petitioner be also granted privilege of bail in the event of arrest.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40317 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below (Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj), apply for regular bail in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014 placing reliance on Annexure-2, court below shall pass appropriate order in the matter in accordance with law, preferably on the same day.
