This application for regular bail arises out of Bounsi P.S. Case No. 194 of 2021, disclosing offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly from the petitioner's possession, one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2021. It is the petitioner's case that he has no criminal antecedent. Further there is no allegation of use of the said fire arm.

Considering the period of petitioner's incarceration and the nature of allegation, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64010 of 2021(2) dt.07-04-2022 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Bounsi P.S. Case No. 194 of 2021.
