The apprehension of the petitioner has arisen because of the assessment of the Aam Sabha

2. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has a disability of more than 40%, but it has wrongly been stated in Aam Sabha proceedings that she is not entitled to any weightage.

3. A complaint has already been filed by the petitioner for redressal of her grievances before the District Magistrate, Banka, but no order has been passed as yet on such complaint.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation/complaint, if at all her claim for being marked for her physical disability is refused, before the C.D.P.O., Chandan, Banka (respondent No. 5) within a period of three weeks, who, on receipt of the same, after verifying all the relevant facts, shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of thirty days.

5. If the petitioner still remains dissatisfied with the order of the C.D.P.O., she can approach the District
