ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Sasaram Model P.S. Case No.23 of 2012 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present prosecution has been initiated on the basis of salepurchase transaction between the petitioner's son and the informant. It has been alleged that the informant has paid a sum of `11,00,902/- to the petitioner's son for purchase of land, but they denied to execute the sale deed. It is further submitted that the petitioner is an illiterate and housewife and there is no specific allegation against her. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram Model P.S.
