This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for cancellation of pre-arrest bail to the O.P. No.2 on 21.12.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 62555 of 2017 by this Court.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any reasonable ground to cancel the prearrest bail of the O.P. No.2 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 62555 of 2017 on 21.12.2017. Accordingly, the application filed on behalf of the petitioner is dismissed. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U
