ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 24.5.2012 by which the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif, has disagree with the Final Report, took cognizance in Deepnagar P.S. Case no. 41 of 2012. On the last occasion, case diary was called for but the same was not received. However, the case diary was produced by the counsel for the Petitioner and on perusal of the same one finds that there is enough material against the Petitioner to put him on trial. Hence, finding no merit in the application, the same is dismissed.
