The petitioners, namely, Yogendra Sahni @ Devendra Sahni and Mohan Sahni, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Yogendra Sahni (petitioner no. 1), Mohan Sahni, Shanti Devi and Gagan Deo Sahni were assaulting his nephew Ashok Rai. When the informant came to save Ashok Rai, Mohan Sahni (petitioner no. 2) inflicted Farsa blow on the head of the informant and Yogendra Sahni assaulted him with knife. It is submitted that there is a counterversion. Mohan Sahni filed Minapur P.S. Case No. 246/2014 against the informant and others alleging that the informant and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30936 of 2015 (3) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 others assaulted Yogendra Sahni and others. The present case is lodged in defence. The informant Ram Sevak Rai got simple injuries.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Minapur P.S. Case No. 256/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
