2. The petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2017 in connection with Case No. 01 C-2 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 37(b) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event no recovery of any offending goods has been made from the possession of the petitioner, who claims clean antecedent. The petitioner has already suffered custody of almost one month.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5485 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Case No. 01 C-2 of 2017.
