2. This application has been filed for modification of condition '(i)' mentioned in Paragraph 6 of the order dated 07.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25016 of 2025 by this Court only to the extent that the condition that one of the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner, be exempted from.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was filed through an NGO and the petitioner does not have any close relative, and there is no person who can furnish bail bonds on his behalf.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58360 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 submits that in view of such a condition, despite bail being granted to him, he could not have been released.

5. Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, let the order dated 07.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25016 of 2025 be modified to the extent that the condition with regard to the requirement of bailor to be a close relative be done away with and instead the following condition be inserted "let the petitioner furnish a PR bond for the release." and rest of the condition shall remain as it is.

6. Accordingly, this application for modification is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
