Petitioners are mother and son. They are named in the First Information Report registered for the offences under Section 366-A/34 of the Penal Code. From perusal of the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. it appears that she married Lakho out of her own volition.
In the circumstances, let petitioners, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Rs. Five Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
