JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 174 of 2011, registered under Section 396 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of Firoz Alam and Dilip Prasad @ Dilip Bin with allegation that this petitioner had exploded the bomb at the time of occurrence. Further submission is that the informant has detailed the physic of the culprits and claimed to identify them on seeing again, but the petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. while the petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2016.

Case No. 174 of 2011.
