The petitioner is accused in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 174 of 2011, registered under Section 396 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of Firoz Alam and Dilip Prasad @ Dilip Bin with allegation that this petitioner had exploded the bomb at the time of occurrence. Further submission is that the informant has detailed the physic of the culprits and claimed to identify them on seeing again, but the petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. while the petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2016.

No.8219 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 174 of 2011.
