The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Sections 324 and 307 of the I.P.C. were added in the FIR. As per the prosecution case, on the order of coaccused Achchelal Rai, petitioner no. 1 & 3 assaulted the informant and petitioner no. 2 assaulted brother of the informant.

The injuries are simple in nature, caused by hard & blunt substance. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53795 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 276 of 2021 (G.R. No. 5843 of 2021), subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
