ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Hathauri (Shivajinagar) P.S.Case No. 96 of 2013 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation of having produced a handicapped certificate has been made against the petitioner yet the said certificate is neither on record nor she availed any benefit out of using the said certificate. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29627 of 2015 (3) dt.07-10-2015 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hathauri (Shivajinagar) P.S.Case No. 96 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sri Dipanshu Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, District Samastipur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
