It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in the remand order dated 05.11.2015, the name of this petitioner has been mentioned as Boni Yadav @ Babu Lal Yadav, but inadvertently the name of the petitioner has been recorded as Boni Yadav while filing the present bail petition and accordingly the same has been recorded in the order of this Court dated 21.03.2017. Hence, prayer has been made to modify the order dated 21.03.2017.

In view of the remand order dated 05.11.2015, wherein the name of the petitioner has been mentioned as Boni Yadav @ Babu Lal Yadav, the order dated 21.03.2017 is modified to the extent that name of the petitioner be read as Boni Yadav @

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3066 of 2017 (5) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 Babu Lal Yadav.

The order dated 21.03.2017 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Let the certified copy of the remand order dated 05.11.2015 be kept on the record.
