The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was working as labour at the brick kiln of the informant and due to some dispute of payment of wages, the present false case has been lodged and with the consent of the informant, the petitioner had taken his motorcycle.

In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Moffasil P.S. case No. 166 of 2016.
