In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 267 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 304B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made that the marriage of the Informant's daughter, namely, Sunita Kumari, was solemnized with Ajay Singh. There was some dispute in connection with dowry and the accused persons were putting pressure and torturing the victim to ask her parents to make payment of Rs. 25,000/-. It has been alleged that the victim had gone to the market but, she did not return.

No.18922 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are living separately from Ajay Singh but, all of a sudden, all member of the family has been implicated in the present case though it appears that the victim had gone to market and she did not return.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Sanjay Singh and Sobha Devi, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 267 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Shivaji Pandey, J) rishi/- U T
