The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Gaighat P. S. Case No. 159 of 2014 registered under Sections 328, 302 and 120-B of the Indian Panel Code.

Considering the gravity of the offences and the allegation made by the daughter of the petitioner that he killed his wife, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Kanchan/- U T
