The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault upon the informant and his family members by the accused persons including these petitioners.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that there is case and counsel between the parties and both sides have sustained injury. There is no specific allegation of overt act against these petitioners and the injuries sustained by the informant side have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of accusation and injury report, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. - X, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ayar P.S.
