JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 139 of 2015 instituted, inter alia, under section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the girl in question was in love with the petitioner, and they had eloped. Unfortunately, this is not supported by the statement of the girl recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Be that as it may, in view of the allegation, I am not inclined to entertain this application. It is, accordingly, rejected. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which will be heard and disposed of on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
