The petitioner seeks bail in Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 63 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, some unknown miscreants looted cash of Rs. 20,000/-, ornaments and other valuable documents from the house of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has come during course of the investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.P. Petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2021.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64993 of 2021(2) dt.24-02-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Lakhisarai / concerned court in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 63 of 2021.
