The Petitioners have filed a supplementary affidavit in terms of the earlier order stating therein that they have deposited the loss amount before the Electricity Department. In view of such, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioners by the order dated 30.1.2015 passed in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 374 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Bihar State Electricity Board, Muzaffarpur, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.
