Let name of petitioner No. 5 "Shiv Kumar Yadav" be read after Binod Yadav in the last but one paragraph of page 2 of the order dated 03.10.2016 and let it be treated that he too was granted privilege of anticipatory bail by the said order along with other petitioners.
